The R3THA Assessment Protocol (R3THA-AP) is a validated and standardized digital assessment system designed to objectively measure hand and arm function in individuals with neurological conditions. Using advanced motion tracking and data analytics, R3THA-AP provides clinicians and users with detailed insights into movement performance, functional abilities, and rehabilitation progress over time.

Unlike traditional assessments that rely primarily on visual observation and subjective scoring, R3THA-AP captures quantitative movement data to provide a more comprehensive picture of upper-extremity function. How R3THA Works

From initial assessment to long-term progress tracking, R3THA delivers a personalized rehabilitation experience that helps patients stay engaged while providing clinicians with actionable insights every step of the way.

Every rehabilitation journey begins with a quick calibration session. R3THA measures the user’s available range of motion and movement capabilities to ensure exercises and activities are tailored to their current abilities. This personalized starting point helps create a comfortable and effective therapy experience.

R3THA includes standardized and game-based assessments that help establish a baseline of function. These assessments provide objective measurements of movement quality, performance, and progress, giving clinicians valuable insights to guide treatment planning and goal setting.

R3THA’s Assessment Protocol takes 5-10 minutes to administer and captures detailed measurements of movement quality, range of motion, speed, coordination, smoothness, and motor control.

Using assessment results and user and clinician-defined goals, R3THA’s AI creates a therapy experience tailored to each individual’s needs. Exercises can be customized to target specific movements, functional tasks, and rehabilitation objectives, ensuring therapy remains challenging yet achievable.

Therapeutic exercises are delivered through engaging exergames that transform repetitive rehabilitation activities into interactive experiences. Real-time feedback encourages proper movement patterns while helping users stay motivated and engaged throughout their therapy sessions.
