Mee Eriksson

CEO, NeuroTechR3, Inc.

Mrs. Eriksson is the Chief Executive Officer with a strong background of over 20 years International experience from working with strategic planning and organizational development. She oversees all of the Company’s projects and is hands on involved in the day to day operation. Her experience in business development, fundraising, and marketing allows her to serve as decision maker on business strategy and other key policies. Additional she is the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations.

Being an accomplished team leader with strong project management skills, she is well suited for managing the project performance of all collaborators (including subaward, contractors, vendors) and be responsible for project cost control. She is an experienced client relationship builder with strong communication, presentation and negotiations skills, and has managed numerous projects consisting of representatives from federal, state and municipal governments, executives from the private sector, and people from nonprofits, academia, and other civic organizations.

Mrs. Eriksson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology and a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Lund in Sweden. Her comprehensive understanding of how to accelerate business growth and find the right resources, combined with a resilient ability to anticipate, plan, multi-task, and prioritize activities to manage aggressive timelines is crucial to the company success.

Qinyin "Cho" Qiu

Chief Science Officer, NeuroTechR3, Inc.

Dr. Qiu is the Chief Science Officer and Co Founder of NeuroTechR3, Inc. As the lead scientist and engineer she oversees all product development and research of the Company. She is responsible for developing research capabilities and communicating with both the scientific and customer communities concerning the capabilities and scientific product offerings. Additionally, she is in charge of scientific discoveries into neural patterns of reorganization, motor skill changes, and virtual reality-augmented rehabilitation.

Dr. Qiu received her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from China, her Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from University of Southern California, and PhD in Biomedical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and Rutgers University. Her research background is in gamified, simulation based, robotic assisted rehabilitation system design and development. During this time, she was lead scientist in a large study examining the use of these systems in children with Cerebral Palsy and adults suffering from stroke. Dr. Qiu’s extensive research into neural patterns of reorganization, motor skill changes, and virtual reality-augmented rehabilitation, is essential to developing high performance standards for the company’s devices. Dr. Qiu’s close collaboration with inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, such as Kessler Rehab Institute and St. Joseph’s Wayne hospital, gives her a unique first hand view of market demand on telerehabilitation. Dr. Qiu has authored several peer reviewed publications.

Amanda Cronce

Chief Technology Officer, NeuroTechR3, Inc.

Ms. Cronce is the Chief Technology Officer and Co Founder of NeuroTechR3, Inc. She is in charge of the development of the company product portfolio’s digital technology as well as identifying technologies that can be used to improve the company’s products. While overseeing system development, she works closely with consultants to finalize the frontend software design. In addition to overseeing system development, Ms. Cronce also acts as the Company’s Creative Director and Graphic Designer overseeing all technical and digital aspects of the Company.

Ms. Cronce received her BA in Digital Design from New Jersey Institute of Technology. She has experience in 3D modeling, programming, graphic design, and motion graphics which allowed her to enhance products through enhancing gamification techniques and applying dynamic game algorithms.  Ms. Cronce applies her passion for designing interactive experiences to helping individuals in need. Her ability to translate technical specifications to interactive software is an asset to the team.

Ashley MontJohnson

Chief Innovation Officer, NeuroTechR3, Inc.

Dr. MontJohnson is the Chief Innovation Officer and Co Founder of NeuroTechR3, Inc. She is in charge of identifying, developing, and managing new innovations to expand the company’s portfolio as well as managing the innovation process inside the organization. She works to streamline the engineering aspects of product development and helps to coordinate with our collaborators on studies performed at New Jersey Institute of Technology and Rutgers University.  With the goal of recruiting students in the STEM field she works to recruit undergraduate students to work on company projects as well as runs the company’s internship program.

Ashley earned her B.S. from Rutgers University and her M.S. and Ph.D. from New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) in biomedical engineering. Her research focus at NJIT is on developing and evaluating robotic technologies to improve upper limb function post stroke. Prior to starting her PhD, Ashley worked in the Mercer County Special Services School District working closely with children with disabilities as well as working with adults with disabilities through her volunteer work with Special Olympics of New Jersey. These experiences have inspired her to investigate and develop new technologies to improve the care and quality of life for those with disabilities.
